大面积烧伤患者实施综合康复护理对提高其生活质量的影响分析

The Effect of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing on Improving Quality of Life in Patients With Extensive Burns

目的探讨分析大面积烧伤患者实施综合康复护理对提高其生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2015年3月—2017年4月收治的大面积烧伤患者100例作为研究对象。通过抓阄的形式,将其分为甲组(n=50)与乙组(n=50)。乙组采用常规护理,甲组采用综合康复护理,对比分析两组患者的护理效果。结果经不同方式护理,甲组患者的生活质量各项评分均优于乙组,组间数据对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组患者的护理满意度为94%(47/50),乙组患者的护理满意度为82%(41/50),甲组高于乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大面积烧伤患者,予以综合康复护理,有助于改善生活质量,增加护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the influence analysis of the implementation of a large area of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing of burn patients to improve their quality of life. Methods 100 cases of large area burn patients treated in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were selected as the study subjects. By lottery form, which can be divided into group A （n=50） and group B （n=50）. In group B, group A with routine nursing, rehabilitation nursing, comparative analysis of two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The different ways of nursing, the quality of life of the patients group was better than that in group B, data comparison between groups, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of patients was 94% （47/50）, nursing satisfaction in group B patients was 82% （41/50）, group A were higher than those in group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with large area bum, comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, help to improve the quality of life, increase nursing satisfaction.
