摘要
针对乌达矿区煤层层间距小、瓦斯含量大、瓦斯治理难度大等问题,分析了近距离煤层开采过程中工作面应力分布、底板破裂规律与瓦斯涌出的关系以及邻近层卸压机理等,通过多年的摸索和实践形成了以9~#煤采前定向长钻孔区域预抽、10~#煤层和12~#煤层卸压抽采与顶板走向高位水平长钻孔抽采、10~#煤层工作面巷道倾向钻孔抽采等适合乌达矿区近距离煤层群开采的立体瓦斯防治技术,对工作面瓦斯进行有效治理,确保了工作面安全生产。
Aiming at the small spacing between coal seams, high gas content, and great gas control difficulty in Wuda Mining Area, we analyzed the relationship between the law of coal mining face stress distribution, floor rupture and gas emission during close-distance coal seams group mining, as well as the mechanism of adjacent coal seam pressure- reliving. Through years of research and practice, we found a 3D gas control scheme for Wuda Mining Area, comprising pre-mining gas drainage with directional long borehole in coal seam 9~, pressure-reliving gas drainage in coal seam 10# and coal seam 12#, lateral high level along-strike long borehole drainage in roof, working face roadway drilling along the dip in 10# coal seam, to effectively control the gas, and ensure the production safety in working face.
