近距离自燃煤层回撤工作面防灭火技术研究 被引量:13

摘要 为解决采空区浮煤自燃条件适宜,极易升温自燃,给工作面的回撤带来安全隐患的问题,文章以神华新疆能源有限公司屯宝煤矿I011402综放工作面安全回撤为例,对综放工作面自燃危险区域进行了详细的分析。通过建立自然发火预警体系,采取注氮、注浆和钻孔灌注史达夫材料等综合防灭火技术措施来消除遗煤自然发火隐患。通过以上措施的实施在整个回撤周期中工作面及采空区气体一直保持在正常范围内,没有出现遗煤自然发火征兆,工作面顺利完成回撤。 Aiming at the favorable conditions for coal spontaneous combustion in goaf, which is a great potential risk for working face retreat, the spontaneous combustion risk zone in fully mechanized topcoal caving face was analyzed thoroughly based on the engineering background of I011402 top-coal caving face in Tunbao Coal Mine. An early warning system against spontaneous combustion was established, using comprehensive fire control measures of nitrogen injection, grouting, drilling and injecting Shidafu materials, to eliminate the coal spontaneous combustion potential risk. The application showed that, the working face retreat was finished smoothly, with no abnormal gas change and no sign of coal spontaneous combustion in goaf.
