建筑体量与旧城保护——以北京旧城隆福寺片区为例

Building Massing and Old City Conservation:A Case Study of Beijing Longfu Temple Area

本文以隆福寺片区为研究案例,重新界定了建筑体量与旧城保护的关联,从碎化巨体量、段化大体量、虚化中体量这3方面,探讨了建筑体量与旧城保护之间的关系,并提出"双向切割""单向分段""内退骑楼"等在应对片区发展过程中建筑体量悬殊所带来的城市积极空间衰退等问题的改造策略。

This paper takes the Longfu Temple Area as the research object, redefines the relationship between the building massing and the conservation of the old city. Then, discusses the relationship between the building massing and the conservation of the old city from the three aspects including shred the giant massing, segmented the large massing and reduced the medium massing. Then proposed a series of transformation strategy, like ~＇two-way cutting＂ ＂＇one-way segmentation＂ and ＂＇the bottom arcade＂, for the issues that the city＇s positive space recession caused by the disparity between buildings＇ massing.
