摘要
对坞壁作业车的回转结构及其受力情况进行了分析研究,应用ANSYS软件对回转结构进行了仿真计算,得出了在不同工况下回转机构的应力分布,找出了回转结构在不同承载情况下的危险部位,并对应力集中过高的问题提出了解决措施,为设计和改造提供了理论依据,对坞壁作业车的安全使用具有重要的指导意义。
The slewing mechanism and its stress distribution of dock wall ear are analyzed and studied. According to ANSYS software, the simulating calculation is done for slewing mechanism and the stress distribution of slewing mechanism in different working conditions is got. By analyzing the simulating data, the dangerous position under different load conditions is found and the solution to solve the stress concentration is given. This could provide theory references for the design and modification, and also have important meanings for the safety use of the dock wall ear.
