摘要
分析研究了薄壁管件在加工过程中的特点,针对薄壁管件加工过程中容易出现夹扁、表面质量差和弯曲扭曲膨胀变形等质量问题,从薄壁管件的原料控制,加工工具选择,加工工艺制定,以及人员、设备、质保体系建立这4个方面,分析了加工薄壁管件过程中影响生产质量的重要因素,提出了一系列提高薄壁管件加工质量的有效办法,为薄壁管件加工企业进一步提升产品加工精度和成材率,优化加工工艺提供了参考。
The characteristics of thin-wall pipe during machining processing are introduced, and the quality problems such as flat clipping poor surface, bending, twisting, expansion and deformation are easily pointed out in the machining process of thin-wall pipe. The key factors of controlling the production quality during machining thin-wall pipe are analyzed from four aspects including the control of thin pipe material, the choose of processing tools, the design of machining process, and the personnel, equipment and quality assurance system establishment. A series of methods of improving the machining quality of the thin-wall pipe is put forward, improving product processing accuracy and yield and providing refer ence for optimizing processing technology.
