摘要
发动机总成冷试检测是在发动机的冷起动状况下,利用高精度传感器探测发动机的性能参数,通过数据分析对比来判定发动机的装配质量。针对冷试中常出现的油压低、相位信号错误、排气压力低和点火不足等质量问题,采用列举法、排除法及特殊值法等方法进行分析,并提出解决措施,把缺陷控制在生产线内,使发动机装配质量得到了提升,确保了生产运行可靠。
The cold test of engine is using high precision instruments and testing sensor to detect the operating condition of the engine in the cold start condition, and through data analysis to judge the assembly quality of the engine. The Common quality problems of cold test are the low oil pressure, the phase error signal, the low exhaust pressure, insufficient ignition and so on. In terms of these problems, cited methods, excluded methods and special value methods are adopted and solving measures are put forward to control the fault, improve the engine assembly quality, and ensure the production operation.
