摘要 通过将12CrNi3等低合金渗碳材料热处理工艺由传统的气体渗碳处理、常规的碳氮共渗(氰化)热处理升级为精准可控的稀土氰化热处理,缩短了热处理工艺时间,提高了齿轮强度以及氰化层的干摩擦性能、抗滑动磨损性能。对于生产高性能的12CrNi3材料齿轮提供了理论分析数据及一些实践经验。 Through upgrading of heat treatment technology for low-alloy earburizing material such as 12CrNi3, i.e. The traditional gas carburizing treatment and routine carbonitriding (cyaniding) heat treatment are replaced with accurate controllable rare-earth cyaniding heat treatment. The heat treatment technological time is shortened, resulting in enhanced gear strength as well as improved dry friction performance and anti-sliding wearability of cyanided layer. Theoretical analytical data and practical experience are provided for production of high performance gears using 12CrNi3 material.
