摘要
本文从标准化的内涵和作用出发,依据科学研究和技术开发的本质、目标和特点,讨论现行科学研究与技术开发成果的评价方法,并提出相应建议。
Based on the intension and effect of standardization, according to the essence and object of the science and technology, it discusses and suggests a new way,to aim at the method of evaluating the achievements in science research and technology development in this paper.
