摘要
针对油田AICD的智能控水工艺应用无技术标准情况,结合海上油田的工艺管柱、地质油藏及生产制度特点,对AICD控水工艺及效果评价标准进行探讨分析。首先,研究工艺设计规范,对工艺中的化学封隔器堵剂、封隔器和丢手井下工具进行优选研究,然后对工艺施工情况进行对比分析,最后对整体工艺控水效果进行综合评价,开发一套适合海上油田的稳油控水技术参数确定与施工规范及效果评价方法,解决海上油田高含水的问题,提高油田经济效益与社会效益。
In view of the problem that there is no technical standards for the application of AICD intelligent water control process in oilfields, the AICD water control process and the evaluation criteria of its application effect are discussed according to the characteristics of process string, reservoir geology and production system in offshore oilfield. First of all, the chemical plugging agents used for packer, packers and releasing downhole tools were selected, and then the construction processes were analyzed. Finally, the water control effect of the process was evaluated. So a set of method for the determination of the technical parameters and construction specifications of offshore oilfield oil stabilization and water control and the evaluation of offshore oilfield oil stabilization and water control effect was developed. The method solves the problem of high water cut in offshore oilfields and improves the economic and social benefits of offshore oilfields.
