摘要
自2009年大庆喇嘛甸油田一直在试验探索着螺杆泵过盈值的合理匹配问题。针对不同采出液浓度区块试验不同过盈值的小过盈螺杆泵,分析试验效果,统计回归试验数据,形成了螺杆泵过盈值匹配技术模板。通过应用螺杆泵过盈值匹配技术模板,大幅度降低了运行扭矩,达到了低故障和节能的效果。
Since 2009, Lamadian Oilfield in Daqing has been trying to explore the reasonable matching of screw pump interference value. According to the screw pumps with small interference used in different test blocks with different concentration of produced liquid, the screw pump interference matching technique template was formed by the analysis of test results and the statistical regression of test data. The application of the technique template greatly reduces the running torque of screw pump, and plays an important role in reducing failures and energy saving.
