西地那非的研究进展

Research progress of sildenafil

西地那非是磷酸二酯酶5选择性抑制剂,具有松弛血管平滑肌、抑制肿瘤生长、松弛阴茎海绵体平滑肌、改善子宫内膜厚度及血流参数等作用。目前已开展了西地那非在肺动脉高压、新生儿和儿童肺动脉高压、心脏移植、肿瘤、勃起功能障碍、良性前列腺增生引起的下尿路症状、不孕症等方面的研究与应用,其作用切确,不良反应可耐受,值得进一步推广。

Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5（PDE5） selective inhibitor, which has the functions of relaxing vascular smooth muscle, inhibiting tumor growth, relaxing the corpus cavernosum smooth muscle, and improving endometrial thickness and blood flow parameters. At present, the research and application of sildenafil were carried out in pulmonary hypertension, neonatal and childhood pulmonary hypertension, heart transplantation, tumor, erectile dysfunction, benign prostatic hyperplasia caused by lower urinary tract symptoms, infertility and so on. Sildenafil is worthy of further promotion for its accurate effects and tolerable adverse reactions.
