摘要
2016年中央提出"开放小区"的概念,实质上是为了解决城市的可达性问题。场地的可达性关系着一个场所的活力,通过研究可达性的影响因素可以实现对于场地活力的控制。文章主要对商业场所的可达性进行研究与分析,首先阐述可达性的概念和研究意义,进而引出可达性的影响因素,之后进行了举例说明与分析,最后从两个层面上提出了增加商业场所可达性的方法。
In 2016, the Central Committee put forward the concept of "open village", in fact, it is the solution to the problem of accessibility. The accessibility of the site is related to the vitality of a place, and the control of the vitality of the site can be achieved by studying the influence factors of accessibility. This paper mainly studies and analyzes the accessibility of commercial sites. First of all, the paper describes the concept and significance of accessibility, and leads to the influencing factors of accessibility, followed by a examples and analysis, finally from the two aspects of the proposed methods to increase the accessibility of commercial establishments.
