浅议“学生街”的空间使用及人群需求——以福建师范大学“学生街”为例

ON THE SPACE USE OF “STUDENT STREET” AND THE DEMAND OF THE POPULATION: A CASE STUDY OF “STUDENT STREET” IN FUJIAN NORMAL UNIVERSITY

"学生街"作为一种普遍的空间形式已经存在于国内外各大高校周边,它不仅限于"以大学为中心的商业聚集地区",并且是立志于学习各种知识的人们为实现人生目标和更有意义的生活而进行的交流与活动的场所~[1]。以福建师范大学仓山校区的"学生街"(即师大"学生街")为调查对象,通过对学生街的物质空间环境调查,了解其存在的独特形式与意义,分析活动人群(消费者和从商者)在学生街的行为模式和活动需求,总结师大"学生街"现存的问题,探讨更新改造的措施,为各高校周边"学生街"的可持续发展提供参考和借鉴。

＂Student Street＂ as a universal space form has already existed around major universities at home and abroad. It is not only limited to ＂university-centered business gathering area＂, but also a place for those people who are determined to learn a variety of knowledge for the realization of life goals and more meaningful life to communicate and carry out activities. In order to provide reference for sustainable development of ＂Student Street＂ around major universities, Fujian Normal University, Cangshan Campus（Normal University＇s ＂Student Street＂） is taken as an object of investigation. According to the investigation of physical space environment in ＂Student Street＂, the paper discusses its unique form and significance of existence. Then it analyzes the behavior patterns and activities needs of crowds（consumer and businessman） in ＂Student Street＂ and sums up the existing problems of ＂Student Street＂ in the Normal University, and finally explore the measures of transformation and renovation.
