商住综合体裙房屋顶架空层的发展研究——以深圳市为例

ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ROOF SPACE OF THE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS: A CASE STUDY OF SHENZHEN

随着城市化进程的发展,由于社会价值、用地价值的变化,不难发现,城市会呈现出由中心开始向外扩张的现象,并且中心区域会呈现出高密度、高容积、多功能复合性等特点。商住综合体是此现象中一种较为常见的建筑形式,它可以提高城市空间使用效率,但是商住综合体的底层往往由大体积的商业空间占据,与以往的城市居住公共空间相比,交流空间受到一定的限制。本文选取了深圳市商住综合体裙房屋顶架空层公共空间的发展作为研究切入点,希望通过对该空间演变的研究,能对综合体的设计有所启发。

With the development of the urbanization process, it is not difficult to find that the city tends to expand outward from the center due to the change of social value and land value, and the central area will show the features of high-density, high-volume and multi-function. Residential and commercial complex is a kind of more common architectural form, it can improve the service efficiency of urban space, but the bottom of complex, often occupied by large commercial volume. When it compares with the previous urban residential public space, communication space is restricted. Whereby this paper selects the development of public space in the roof of the commercial and commercial complex of Shenzhen as the research subject, through the study of the spatial evolution, the paper is aimed to provide inspiration to the design of the complex.
