摘要
随着城市化进程的快速发展,旧有的城市中心居住街区不再满足新时期人们对居住环境的需求,因而亟待改造。文章分析这类居住街区的历史成因,从街区内资源整合角度研究改造手法,并从使用者、管理者、资金来源几方面探讨改造的可行性,最终实现对城市中心居住区的修补和有机更新。
With the rapid development of urbanization, the old urban central residential area no longer satisfies the demand for the living environment in the new period, so it needs to be reformed. This paper analyses the historical factors of these residential areas, studies the reconstruction techniques from the perspective of resource integration in the neighborhood, and explores the feasibility of reconstruction from the users, managers and financial resources, in order to finally realize reconstruction and organic renewal of the urban residential areas.
