以文化遗产保护为导向的农村文化基础设施建设研究——以黄陂罗家岗村为例

ON CONSTRUCTION OF RURAL CULTURAL INFRASTRUCTURE BASED ON PROTECTION OF CULTURAL HERITAGE: A CASE STUDY OF LUOJIAGANG VILLAGE IN HUANGPI

随着新农村建设步步深入,物质环境改善后的农村面临着农民文化身份迷失、文化活动单调乏味、传统文化消失等文化危机,农村文化建设刻不容缓。各级政府已投入建设了各类基层村文化基础设施,包括农家书屋、农家大院、文化广场、文化礼堂等,但从设施使用的情况来看,均存在使用效率低、农民参与热情不高、管理不到位等问题。笔者认为除去机制体制原因外,主要是因为建设者忽视了传统文化的重要地位和重要作用。笔者以武汉市黄陂罗家岗村落传统文化为基础,以文化遗产保护为建设理念,提出将罗氏祠堂重建为文化基础设施的想法,并阐述具体建设方法和内容,希望能为文化基础设施规划的理论研究和实践提供新思路。

With the deepening of the construction of new countryside, the rural areas after the improvement of the material environment are confronted with a series of cultural crisis including the lost of peasants＇ cultural identity, monotonous cultural creativity and the disappearance of traditional culture, therefore, the rural cultural construction is urgent. Governments at all levels have constructed a variety of cultural infrastructure, such as rural libraries, farmyards, cultural squares, cultural auditoriums, but based on the use of the facilities, there are some problems including low efficiency, low enthusiasm of farmers, poor management and so on. The author believes that, except the institutional reasons, the main reason is the builders＇ neglect of the important position and function of traditional culture. Based on the traditional culture of Luojiagang village in Huangpi, Wuhan, taking the protection of cultural heritage as the construction concept, this paper proposes to reconstruct the Roche ancestral hall into cultural infrastructure and elaborate the concrete construction methods and contents, hoping to provide new ideas for the theory and practice of cultural infrastructure planning.
