中国新建社区公共空间网络可步行性优化策略与应用

ON THE OPTIMAL STRATEGY AND APPLICATION OF PUBLIC SPACE NETWORK OF NEW COMMUNITIES IN CHINA

目前,在我国的新建社区规划中,公共空间网络通常被大尺度的封闭街区和道路所割裂,随之带来的是步行空间的衰败。本文通过对当代社区公共空间网络可步行性较差的问题进行分析,提出一系列的优化策略,意图为当代中国新建社区的规划设计和优化改进做出一些探索,并在此基础上,将优化策略应用到联洋社区公共空间网络优化中。

At present, in the new community planning of our country, the public space network is usually separated by large-scale closed neighborhoods and roads, with consequence of the decline of walking space. Based on the analysis of the problems of poor accessibility of the contemporary community public space network, this paper puts forward a series of optimal strategies, which are aimed to make some exploration for the planning design and optimization of the new communities in China. And on this basis, the optimal strategy is applied to public space network optimization of Lianyang community.
