摘要
本文以城市集合住宅为研究对象提出可持续性更新理念,并建构了我国既有住宅进行可持续性更新时,需遵循的更新评估目标、内容及建构对策。
This thesis uses old middle mass residential units as an object to analysis how renovation and maintenance can put into practice.In the end of this paper, it will generalize the basic method of operation and frameworks of analysis can be founded.
