天津农村自建房户型现状及优化设计研究

The Current Conditions and Optimization of Flat Types of Self-Built Houses in Rural Tianjin

基于天津市农村地区自建房的实态调研,对现有农村自建房户型进行归纳总结,分析得出居住需求和观念影响下农民自建房户型组合方式的发展变迁,评价其优缺点,以把握村民潜在的诉求变化。最后从农村宅基地面积现状出发,得到适应天津农村不同生活方式的户型平面,以期为农村自建房的优化设计提供基本方法和数据。

Through an investigation of self-built houses in rural Tianjin, this paper sums up the fiat types of the houses, it analyzes the change of combination of flat types under the impact of changing living needs and ideas, with assessment of each type to better understand the change of the potential demands of the villagers. In conclusion, it proposes several model plans accommodating various ways of life in rural Tianjin based on the current conditions of the site area of rural houses, in the hope of providing basic data and methods for the optimization.
