摘要
将自酿葡萄酒用常压蒸馏法蒸馏,取初溜液再用微量沸点法测定其沸点。测得其沸点远远高于甲醇等低沸点物质。常压蒸馏法未能分离出甲醇等低沸点物质,来证明自酿葡萄酒直接饮用是安全的。此法简单快捷,成本低廉。
We can obtain the brewed wine through atmospheric distillation methods, The first take early sneak liquid, then measure its boiling point with trace boiling point method. The boiling point is much higher than that of low boiling point substances such as methanol, Atmospheric distillation can't separate the low boiling point substances such as methanol, so that brewed wine to drink is safe is provened. The method simple, quick and low cost.
