摘要
简单介绍了管试液相加氢技术的特点及FITS技术在0.70 Mt/a重整装置的应用情况。说明了用FITS加氢技术,在低温、低压、低氢油比及高空速的条件下,能较好的脱除重整生成油中烯烃,而反应前后芳含差值小。应用该技术可实现白土消耗量大幅降低,同时有利于简化精制流程,取得良好的经济效益及环保效益。
Introduced the character of liquid phase hydrogenation technology in test tube and application of 0.70 Mt/a reformer with FITS technology. This proved that FITS hydrogenation technology can separate alkene from reformatted straight run oil perfectly with low content of arene difference between before and after reaction under condition of low temperature, low pressure, low ratio of hydrogen to oil and high LHSV this application technology can reduce consumption of carclazyte sharply, also can make refined process more brief. In further, this technology can provide higher economic and environmental benefits.
