摘要
针对目前化学教育专业师范生教学技能的现有课程体系和设置结构存在不足、培养途径单一等问题,通过理论分析和实践探索,提出以理论教学为基础的"四层次四维度"的化学师范生教学技能竞赛模式,取得了较为明显效果。
in light of the existing of the chemistry education major students teaching skills course system and set up such problems as insufficient structure, training methods, through theoretical analysis and practical exploration, put forward on the basis of the theory teaching of "four level four dimensions" mode of chemistry teachers teaching skills competition, evident effect is obtained.
