摘要 乙酸乙酯的制备实验项目是高校有机化学实验课经常开设的实验项目之一。通常安排实验教学时数为4学时,学生只能勉强完成乙酸乙酯的制备和洗涤除杂步骤,难以对乙酸乙酯产品有更进一步的认识。本文将该实验项目教学时数由4学时增加到8学时,同时相应增加实验教学内容,使学生在掌握乙酸乙酯的制备原理的基础上,扩展知识面,进一步了解乙酸乙酯的性质,注重乙酸乙酯产品在实际工业生产中应用。 The experiment of preparation of ethyl acetate is one of the experimental projects of the course of Organic Chemistry Experiment often opened. It usually arrange experimental teaching hours for 4 class hours, and students can barely accomplish the preparation and purification steps of ethyl acetate, and it is difficult to know more about the ethyl acetate products. In this paper, the experimental teaching hours increased from 4 class hours to 8 class hours, while the experimental teaching content are corresponding increased, to enable students to expand their knowledge on the basis of mastering the preparation principle of ethyl acetate, and to further understand the properties of ethyl acetate, and to focus on the application in the actual industrial production.
