摘要 为提高小型涡喷发动机转子系的动力学模型精度,提出基于固有频率的模型修正方法。文中以某微型涡喷发动机转子为研究对象,建立了合适网格数量的有限元模型;通过灵敏度分析,确定了待修正的参数;以仿真与试验之间的频率残差为优化目标,将模型修正问题转换为优化设计问题;采用一阶优化方法对敏感的参数进行修正后,模型的精度有了大幅提高。修正后的模型为微型涡喷发动机的振动特性研究,提供了更可靠的分析模型基础。 The model updating method based on natural frequencies was introduced to improve the precision of the dynamic model of small turbojet engine rotor system. In this paper, a micro turbojet engine rotor was taken as the research object, and the finite element model with appropriate grid quantity was established. Through the sensitivity analysis, the parameters to be corrected were determined The model updating problem was converted into an optimization problem by taking the frequency residual error between simulation and experiment as the optimization objective. By using the first order optimization method to modify the sensitive parameters, the accuracy of the model had been greatly improved. The modified model provided a more reliable basis for the study of the vibration characteristics of a micro turbojet engine.
