摘要
汽车万向传动装置的功用是能在轴间夹角及相互位置经常发生变化的转轴之间传递动力,它主要由万向节、传动轴和中间支承组成,文章首先阐述了万向传动轴的主要结构组成、功能及工作原理,然后利用详细数据计算,将传动轴轴管临界转速、扭转应力以及当量夹角等校核匹配,并根据计算匹配结果,选择合适的传动轴规格,对传动系统匹配设计有借鉴意义。
Cars drive unit is able to transfer power between the shaft that is the angle and the mutual position changes frequently. It mainly consists of universal joints, drive shaft and intermediate support. First, this paper describes constitute the main structure,functions and working principle of the universal shaft. Secondly, with detailed data calculation, designed to fit into the shaft tube critical speed, torsional stress and the angle, etc. Based on the calculated results of design, select the appropriate specifications of the drive shaft. It has reference value on the transmission system.
