摘要
先进的汽车热管理系统设计必须同时考虑发动机冷却系统与润滑系统、暖通空调系统(HVAC)以及发动机舱内外的相互影响,采用系统化、模块化设计方法。将冷却系统、润滑系统、HVAC等进行设计集成、制造集成,集成为一个有效的热管理系统。目前整车热管理系统基本都是基于设计开发完成的车型上进行的,属于后期优化,没有对整车热管理系统开发进行系统的实践经验。为了能够更好地掌握热管理的开发流程,需要基于全新车型对热管理的开发流程进行全面实践,掌控并完善热管理的系统开发流程。
