摘要
气制动系统在轻卡上的运用非常广泛。主要针对广泛运用在轻卡1045-1083车型上典型的双回路气制动系统管路装置进行研究。介绍了气制动管路装置的整体结构和工作原理,然后针对各零部件进行了详细的结构说明和设计要点,最后以轻卡某款代号为B1150车型为例,对整车制动性能做出了计算分析。
Pneumatic brake system is widely used in light truck. In this paper, a typical double circuit pneumatic brake system is studied for the widely used light truck 1045-1083 model. This paper introduces the structure and working principle of air brake pipe device, and then a detailed description of the structure and design points for each component, and finally to a light card codenamed B 1150 models as an example, to make a calculation and analysis of vehicle braking performance.
