摘要 随着国内汽车产业的快速发展,汽车保有量的不断增加,我国已成为世界第一大汽车市场,汽车耐腐蚀性是产品质量的重要组成部分,汽车的耐腐蚀性能不仅影响整车的美观,而且还影响功能,一些重要的零部件腐蚀甚至影响到行车安全^([1])。引起车辆腐蚀的主要因素有汽车使用环境、设计、材料选择、制造工艺、维修保养等重要因素。据报道金属腐蚀造成全世界每年每辆汽车平均损失为150~250美元^([2])。因此创新的防腐蚀技术的应用,不仅提高汽车的外观质量,更重要的是提高汽车的内在质量,延长汽车的使用寿命,提高汽车的档次,减少汽车企业及车主损失,甚至可成为带动产品销售的一个增长点。 With the rapid development of the domestic auto industry, the increase in car ownership, China has become the world's largest car market, automotive corrosion resistance is an important part of product quality, car corrosion resistance not only affect the vehicle's appearance, But also affect the function, some important parts of the corrosion and even affect the traffic safety.
