电动物流车制动系统匹配与设计

Matching and Design of Braking System for an Electric Logistics Vehicle

摘要 以某轻型纯电动物流车为研究对象,根据电动物流车的应用特点及城市物流运输工况,匹配气压制动系统。与传统的化石原料车辆对比,电动物流车制动系统需使用电动空压机。文章对电动空压机如何具备安全可靠、低噪音、节能等功能给出了设计要求。 Taking a light electric vehicle as the research object, according to the application characteristics of the electric logistics vehicle and the urban logistics transportation conditions, matching the pneumatic braking system. Compared with the traditional fossil vehicle, the electric vehicle braking system needs to use an electric air compressor. This paper gives the design requirements of the electric air compressor for its functions of safety, reliability, low noise and energy saving.
