摘要
文章基于整车NVH性能对汽车空调压缩机及支架开展分析测试,带单独压缩机支架的系统,模态需达到设计要求。对达不到设计要求的系统,通过在空调管路上增加隔振,减振等措施衰减共振频率。对于无单独压缩机支架在装配精度,振动模态上有比较优势,具有很强的推广,借鉴意义。
This paper is based on the harshness VH) performance of automotive air conditioning compressor and support to carry out the analysis test, with a separate compressor bracket system, mode to meet the design requirements.To reach the design requirements of system, through the increase of vibration isolation in the air conditioning pipe on the road, reducing vibration measures such as damping resonance frequency.For no separate compressor bracket in the assembly accuracy, vibration modal on the comparative advantage, have very strong promotion and reference.
