摘要
文章着重针对某皮卡车整车进行模态分析。首先通过CATIA软件对某皮卡车整车进行几何建模,然后运用Hyper Works软件对几何模型进行网格的划分生成整车有限元模态分析模型,最后运用MSC.Nastran软件进行模态分析,得到整车的固有模态及振型,并对计算得到的模态参数进行分析,计算模态分析结果表明皮卡车整车结构固有频率能有效避开各种激励频率,避免发生共振,验证整车设计合理性。
This paper focuses on the modal analysis of a pickup truck. First by using CATIA software geometric model of a pickup vehicle is carded out, and then use HyperWorks software to generate the classification of geometric model for grid vehicle finite element modal analysis model, finally using MSC. Nastran modal analysis, get the vehicle's inherent modal and vibration mode, and the calculated modal parameters were analyzed, and the computational modal analysis results show that the pickup vehicle structure can effectively avoid all kinds of excitation frequency, natural frequency to avoid resonance, verifying the rationality of vehicle design.
