海口市区菜市场鳙鱼和罗非鱼肠道内剑水蚤情况调查

Investigation of Cyclops in intestinal tracts of bighead and tilapia in food markets of Haikou

目的了解海口市区菜市场鳙鱼和罗非鱼肠道内含有剑水蚤的情况。方法用生理盐水涂片法和离心沉淀法镜检海口市区菜市场鳙鱼和罗非鱼两种淡水鱼肠道中的剑水蚤。结果鳙鱼肠道内剑水蚤的检出率为2.12%(28/1 319),罗非鱼肠道内剑水蚤的检出率为2.45%(11/449),鳙鱼春季检出率高于秋季检出率(P<0.05),旱季总检出率高于雨季总检出率(P<0.05),鳙鱼旱季检出率高于雨季检出率(P<0.05)。结论海口市区居民食用菜市场鳙鱼和罗非鱼应当妥善清理鱼肠和烹煮淡水鱼进而预防寄生虫病。

Objective To understand the status of Cyclops in the intestinal tracts of bighead and tilapia in the food markets of Haikou City. Methods The Cyclops in the intestinal tract of bighead and tilapia in Haikou food markets was detected by the direct smear method and centrifugal precipitation collection method. Results The detection rate of Cyclops in bighead intestinal tract was 2.12%（28/1 319） and that in tilapia intestinal tract was 2.45%（11/449）. The detection rate of Cyclops in bighead in spring was higher than that in autumn（P〈0.05）. The total detection rate in the dry season was higher than that in the rainy season（P〈0.05）. The detection rate of Cyclops in bighead in the dry season was higher than that in the rainy season（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is Cyclops in the intestinal tracts of bighead and tilapia in the food markets of Haikou City, and therefore, the residents should properly clean the intestines of bighead and tilapia and cook them sufficiently to prevent some parasitic diseases.
