摘要
针对高速动车组铝合金车顶焊接变形及生产效率低下的现象,对高速动车组中间车顶TP的制造工艺进行研究,提出优化制造工艺流程,预制反变形,优化工艺的措施,应用结果表明效果良好。
Focusing on the welding deformation and current low production efficiency, this paper makes a study of the manufacturing techniques for center roof TP of high speed E- MUs, proposes to optimize manufacturing process flow, suggests predeformation and process optimization measures, and all these efforts prove to be effective.
