摘要
通过化学镀镍来改善镁合金表面耐蚀性能是一种环保型的表面处理工艺方法。介绍了镁合金化学镀镍技术的应用背景和镁合金化学镀镍技术的研究现状以及目前存在的问题。最后,对新型镁合金微弧氧化-化学镀镍复合工艺及其应用前景进行了探讨。
In order to better explore the application of magnesium alloys,it is an environment-friendly surface treatment method to improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloys surface by Electroless Nickel Plating.Application background of Electroless Nickel Plating on Magnesium Alloys is briefly introduced. The research status and the existing problems of Electroless Nickel Plating on magnesium alloys are introduced in detail.Finally,A new type of Micro-arc Oxidation- Electroless Nickel Plating of magnesium alloys process and its application prospects are highlighted.
