钢材轧制生产中职业病危害因素辨识与分析 被引量:1

摘要 钢材连续轧制工艺作业环境存在粉尘、高温及热辐射、一氧化碳、噪声、氮氧化物、工频电场、锰及其化合物等多种职业病危害因素。为找出职业病危害因素的关键控制部位,采用现场调查与工程分析方法,通过对生产过程中职业病危害因素进行分析和辨识,得出了职业病危害因素及关键控制部位与相关职业病的关系。结果表明调查结果与得出的结论相符,说明职业病防护应从关键控制部位入手,同时为职业病的防护与评价工作提供了一定的理论依据。 The environment of steel continuous rolling technology has dust , high temperature and radiation, carbon monoxide, noise, nitrogen oxides, electric feld, manganese and its compounds and other occupational-disease factors. The field investigation and engineering analysis method were used in order to find out the key areas of the occupational-disease factors, the relationship between the related occupational disease factors and the occupational disease was obtained through the analysis and identification of the occupational-disease factors in the production process. The results show that the investigation results consistent with the conclusion, and the occupational-disease prevention should start with the key areas of control, also theoretical basis is provided for the occupational disease protection and evaluation.
