摘要
文章运用德国功能主义翻译理论,特别是文本类型理论,初步探讨了旅游文本翻译,特别是旅游景点介绍的翻译策略。作为信息型与操作型文本相结合的旅游景点介绍,其目的在于传达信息、诱出期望的反应。根据这一目的,本文在翻译实践的基础上,总结出旅游景观介绍的翻译策略为:总体印象+具体特点描述。
Based on the German Functional Translation Theory,especially text typology proposed by Katharina Reiss,this paper attempts to make a preliminary probe into the translation of Chinese tourism texts,the introductions of scenic spots more specifically.As a text type mixed with informative function and operative function,the introduction of scenic spot purports to convey ideas and information,and induce expected response.According to this purpose,the author tries to summarize a translation strategy for the introductions of scenic spots: general image + concrete feature descriptions on the basis of substantial translation practice.
