高职院校创新创业教育生态系统的营造

Construction of Enterprise Education Ecosystem in Higher Vocational Colleges

创新创业教育的时代环境和范式发生了急剧变化,在迎接创新3.0时代的过程中,高职院校的创新创业教育也要进行教育范式的改变。营造高职院校创新创业生态系统的策略:一是尊重人的独特性差异性和创新创造性思维,二是创新创业理论理念普及与价值共识构建,三是以创新创业项目为载体实现校内跨界人财物顺畅流动,四是与政府、企业和社会环境建立开放型人际合作。

Social environment changes a lot for the enforcement of enterprise education.Facing the 3.0 age of innovation,enterprise education in higher vocational colleges should also change accordingly.Thoughts of constructing an ecosystem for enterprise education in higher vocational colleges are： first,to respect human beings＇ uniqueness and innovative thinking; second,to prevail the idea of entrepreneurship and innovation and to construct a common sense of value in school; third,using projects of entrepreneurship as the carrier,to realize a smooth flow among people,finance and things in and out of school; fourth,to make an open interpersonal cooperation together with the government,enterprises and society.
