国学基础上的高职院校文化素质教育创新探索

Exploration on the Innovation of Cultural Education in Higher Vocational Colleges:On the Basis of Classic Chinese Culture Studies

本文以广州城市职业学院为例,从顶层设计、运行机制、人才培养模式等诸方面探讨了高职院校在国学教育基础上的文化素质教育的创新性探索,并提出了进一步深化文化素质教育的几个方向,包括:师资培育全员化、素质教育管理课程化和素质活动主题化。

Taking Guangzhou City Polytechnic as an example,this paper discusses the exploration on the innovation of cultural education in higher vocational colleges.It also puts forward that in order to deeper cultural education in colleges,three things are very important.First,all teachers should be provided with the chance of relevant training.Second,the management of quality education should be manifested in courses.Third,quality activities should be carried on with specific themes.
