摘要
为评估微电源的启动能力和提供黑启动微电源选取方案,归纳了微电网黑启动电源选取要求。在此基础上,构建了微电源启动能力评价体系,提出了一种改进的熵权-变异系数组合法来确定评价指标的权重值;最后,利用模糊综合评价法进行微电源启动能力的评价。算例结果表明,所构建的微电源启动能力评价体系和所提方法能够实现黑启动微电源的优化选取以及普通电源的启动能力评估。
To evaluate start-up ability of micro sources and provide a solution to select black- start micro sources? requirements for choosing micro sources are summarized. The evaluation sys-tem of start-up ability of micro sources is formulated. An improved combination method of entropy weight and variation coefficients is proposed for calculating index weight values. Further, start-up ability of micro sources is evaluated using a fuzzy synthetic evaluation method. The calculation ex-ample shows that the evaluation system and the improved method can well evaluate start-up ability of micro sources.
