Current Situation of County Public Culture Service Performance Construction and Ways to Improve it

县域公共文化服务在我国公共文化服务建设中处于基础而又关键的地位,提升县域公共文化服务效能是实现国家文化发展战略的关键举措。多种因素导致我国县域公共文化服务效能总体低下,严重制约了政治、经济、文化和社会的协调发展。政府应该从再造乡愁感的乡土文化、重构民众公共文化需求表达机制、建立公共文化协调机制以及加快数字文化建设等方面提升县域公共文化效能。

County public cultural service is fundamental and critical in the construction of public cultural service in China. Therefore, enhfincing the county public cultural service performance is the key to the imple-mentation of our national cultural development strategy. The poor performance of public cultural service in counties due to a variety of factors hinders the coordinated development of politics, economy, culture and soci-ety. To enhance the perforrrmnce of public cultural service in Chinese counties, the government Can make efforts in the following aspects ： rebuild the local culture of loving one＇s hometown, reconstruct the expression mechanism for public cultural demand, establish public cultural coordination mechanism and speed up the construction of digital culture.
