摘要
文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对湖北省8所普通高校的1 000名全日制在校学生参加健身跑锻炼现状进行调查研究。结果发现:1)湖北省大学生对健身跑相关知识的了解不足,健身跑锻炼的频次低、时间短、强度小;2)增强体质、愉悦身心和磨练意志是参加健身跑锻炼的三种主要动机;3)制约健身跑锻炼开展的主要因素是:大学生未养成良好的体育锻炼习惯;高校对健身跑项目的重视程度不够;相关部门的管理未形成合力;体育课程设置不合理。因此,提出以下建议:1)培养大学生的健康观念,重视体育锻炼;2)加强健身跑锻炼的宣传及普及推广力度;3)完善体育教学课程设置,提供专业的指导;4)增加健身跑锻炼形式的趣味性。
Employing literature method,questionnaire, statistics and logical analysis,the authors of this paper investigate the current situation of 1 000 college students' participation in fitness running from 8 colleges in Hu-bei province. The results are as follows: 1) College students in Hubei province have little knowledge of fitness running. They do fitness running with low frequency, short time find low intensity ;2) The three major incentives of students' taking fitness running are:enhance physical fitness,have fun and hone the will;3)Factors restricting the development of fitness running are: the students dont develop a good habit of doing physical exercise colle-ges dont pay enough attention to fitness running; the poor coordination between different departments and the unreasonable PE curriculum. In view of the above problems, some suggestions are provided : 1) Develop college studentsrawareness of health so that they attach more importance to physical exercise ;2) Strengthen the publici-ty of fitness running ;3 ) Optimize PE curriculum and provide students with professional guidance ;4) do fitness running in a wider variety of forms.
