摘要
湖北理工学院提出了"一二三四五"的人才培养理念,其中的"二"是指人才培养过程中的"以生为主"和"以师为主"两个体系建设。文章通过对高校教学状况的分析,对教学中的主体性问题进行了探讨;论述了办学以教师为主体、教学以学生为主体的教育理念的科学性以及在实际工作中的重要性。文章基于湖北理工学院电气与电子信息工程学院的教学改革实践,提出了在应用型本科院校中发挥主体性作用的教学改革措施。
In the " One - Two - Three - Four - Five talent training concept" put forward by Hubei Polytech-nic University, " two" refers to the construction of the student - oriented and teacher - oriented systems. Based on the analysis of the condition of teaching in universities, and the discussion of the scientific nature and importance of the two concepts of the student - oriented and teacher - oriented systems, this paper pro-posed ways of teaching reform for improving the subjective role of teachers and students.
