摘要 [目的]探讨回授法对社区高血压病病人自我效能的影响。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法选取某大型社区159例高血压病病人为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用集体授课的方式进行健康教育,观察组采用回授法对病人实施健康教育,6个月后对两组病人进行问卷调查,比较干预前后两组病人的自我效能。[结果]干预后两组病人的自我效能均有所提高。重复测量方差分析结果显示,观察组在时间因素、干预因素方面的得分明显高于对照组,经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]回授法能显著提高社区高血压病病人的自我效能。 Objective:To probe into the influence of feedback method on self-efficacy in community hypertension patients.Methods:Using convenient sampling method,a total of 159 hypertensive patients in a large community were selected as the subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group used the collective teaching methods of health education,while the observation group used the feedback method to carry out health education for patients.After 6months,two groups of patients were surveyed using the questionnaire and compared self-efficacy before and after intervention.Results:The self-efficacy of the two groups was improved after the prognosis.Repeated measures analysis of variance showed that the scores of time factors and intervention factors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,there was statistically significant in the difference(P〈0.01).Conclusion:The feedback method could significantly improve the self-efficacy of community hypertension patients.
