摘要
板柱结构具有空间通畅、减小层高、降低造价等优点,现大多用于地下车库设计,但板柱结构在施工过程中偶尔也会发生坍塌事故。本文对某板柱结构地下车库坍塌情况进行了现场检测,依据检测结果采用理正结构设计软件进行了承载力计算,并对该板柱结构建筑物坍塌原因进行了分析论述,从而得出混凝土强度低、施工荷载较大、混凝土保护层厚度小导致钢筋握裹力低是本次事故产生的主要原因,在此基础上提出了本次事故的经验教训。本工程的原因分析和经验教训对今后预防板柱结构发生此类事故具有参考意义。
Slab column structure is mostly used in underground garage design due to the advantages of clear space,reducing storey height and reducing construction cost.Now it but the collapse of slab column structure occasionally occurs during construction.In this paper,the underground garage collapse of a plate column structure is tested,according to the detection results using Lizheng structural design software for the calculation of bearing capacity,and the reasons for the collapse of building slab column structure are discussed.It is concluded that the main causes of the accident are low concrete strength,large construction load and small concrete protective layer thickness,on this basis,the lessons learned from the accident are presented.The cause analysis and experience of this project will be of reference significance to prevent such accidents in slab column structure in the future.
