Experience and Enlightenment of Construction of Teachers Teaching and Learning Development Center in American Colleges and Universities

高校教师教学发展中心是促进教师发展和提升教师教学水平的重要组织机构之一。为促进高校教师发展和教学科研,美国率先成立教师教学发展中心,且形成特色体系,引领了世界各国建设教师教学发展中心的潮流。基于国内外服务教学的双重背景下,我国高校教师教学发展中心应运而生。故为提高我国高校教师教学发展中心建设的规范性和有效性,提升教师教学和高等教育质量,拟通过对美国高校教师教学发展中心建设的研究,结合我国现状,积极探究适合我国高校教师教学发展中心建设的本土化路径。

The Center for Teaching and Learning Development(CTLD)in Universities is One of the Important Organizations to Promote the Development of the Faculty and Enhance the Teaching Level.In order to Promote the Faculty Development and the Teaching Research,the United States Set Up the CTLD Firstly.It has Formed a Characteristic System.And it is the Trend of the CTLD all Over the World.Based on the Dual Background of Domestic and Internal Serving for Teaching,Our CTLD Came into Being.Therefore,to Improve the Standardization and Effectiveness of the Construction of CTLD in China,and also the Quality of the Teaching and the Higher Education,this Paper Attempts to Seek the Construction Method of the Development from the Combine of the Practice of the USA and Statues of China.
