我国应大力发展水泥窑炉协同处置固体废弃物的高端新技术 被引量:10

摘要 利用水泥窑炉协同处置固体废弃物具有独特的优势,是当前其他任何处置技术或方法、包括垃圾发电等都是无法比拟的,可以彻底实现"无害化、减量化、资源化和集约化"。在协同处置技术方面发展也很迅速,由以前废弃物热能利用率只能达到25%~35%较低的离线式处置技术发展到现在的热能利用率可达80%以上甚至100%的在线式处置技术,如丹麦艾法史密斯公司的热盘炉燃烧装置、德国洪堡公司的带KHD型燃烧炉PYROCLON-R CC型分解炉装置;我国成都建筑材料工业设计研究院有限公司于2011年研发的推动式阶梯预燃炉装置,是与国外热盘炉和KHD型燃烧炉相类似的装置,虽然结构不同,但其基本原理、性能和使用效果却基本相同,在河北武安清峰市政污泥和生活垃圾项目中成功应用。 Employing cement kilns to co-dispose solid waste has a unique advantage, which can completely achieve harmlessness, reduction, resource and intensification. The advantage is incomparable to any other disposal technologies and methods. The development of co-disposal technology is quick, from the precious off-line disposal technology to current on-line disposal technology, the thermal energy utilization rate heighten from between 25% and 35% to 80% or even100%, such us the hot plate furnace burner of the Danish Amway Smith Company and the device with KHD burner and PYROCLON-R CC decomposing furnace of Germany Humboldt Company. Chengdu Building Materials Industry Design and Research Institute, China has research and developed push type pre-combustion device in 2011, which is similar to foreign hot plate furnace and KHD burner. Even through they are different in structure,but they basic principles,performance and using effects is basically same. Meanwhile, its application in municipal sludge and domestic waste projects of Qingfeng Wuan Hebei is successful.
