城市空间治理是中国当前城市发展的重要课题,需要从综合视角进行审视。在恩格斯《英国工人阶级状况》一书对资本主义工业城市空间失义的批判中,蕴含着城市空间治理的丰富内涵。因此,挖掘恩格斯城市理论的闪光点,立足我国城市发展的最大实际,厘清我国城市发展面临的空间治理瓶颈,融合"十三五"规划的五大理念,将有助于为谋求"中国语境"下城市空间治理的新发展、新突破和新跨越嵌入价值内涵并升级对策路径。

Urban spatial governance is a major issue in Chinese urban development today. This paper illustrates the issue from a comprehensive perspective. To the Working-Classes of Great Britain by Engels contains rich meaning of urban spatial governance in criticizing the capitalist industrial urban spatial injustice. Therefore,on the basis of Chinese current urban development,making a thorough inquiry into Engels' s theory on urban spatial governance,clarifying bottleneck of urban spatial governance in our country,blending Five Development Concept of the 13 th Five-Year Plan is helpful to seek new development and new breakthrough and new leap in Chinese urban spatial governance.
