摘要
从性质上讲,我国私营企业劳动关系是具有雇佣劳动性质的新型关系,即建设者和劳动者的关系。从地位上讲,我国私营企业劳动关系是在党的政策方针鼓励支持引导下再生的,即合理合法。从目标上讲,我国私营企业劳动关系是要构建和谐劳动关系,即劳企共赢。从手段上讲,我国私营企业劳动关系采取的是共同建设、调节的方式,即共建共享。
From the perspective of nature,the labor relation in private enterprises in China is a new form of relation with employment nature,which is a kind of relation between builders and laborers. From the perspective of status,the labor relation in private enterprises in China is reproduced under the encouragement,support and guidance of the policies of the Party,which is reasonable and legal. From the perspective of objective,the labor relation in private enterprises in China is aimed to construct harmonious labor relation,namely,a win-win relation between laborers and enterprises. From the perspective of means,the labor relation in private enterprises in China takes steps to construct and regulate collectively,that is to co-construct and share.
