西北实业公司是民国山西最具影响力的工业企业。中国共产党为接管好进而改造好该公司,在人员配备、思想动员、资料收集等方面做了大量的准备工作。工业接管组进驻太原之后,及时向工人宣讲了接管政策,化解了各种矛盾。为进一步发展生产,接管组变"接"为"管",制定合理计划、完善激励机制,工人生产热情空前高涨,产品产量大幅增加。最终,该企业下设厂矿合并改组,西北实业公司的接管与改造工作基本完成。

Northwest Industrial Company is one of the most influential industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province. The Communist Party of China has done a large amount of preparation in order to take over and reconstruct the company. After industrial takeover group stations in Taiyuan city,they explain the policy to the workers and melt the contradictions between the workers. In order to further develop production,the industrial takeover group adjusts their project,including formulating a reasonable plan,improving the incentive mechanism and so forth. Finally,the company merges and restructures,and Taiyuan establishes a new industrial system.
